New customers
Are you bringing items to Second Time for the first time? If so, we ask that you first make an appointment for the intake by email or phone. A minimum of five items is required for a first-time submission. The current waiting time for an appointment is approximately 14 days.

Existing customers
Are you already a Second Time customer? You can bring your items in during our opening hours without an appointment.

Assessment and intake
During the intake, we assess whether your items fit our selection. We look carefully at the brand, quality, condition, and appeal. We accept women's clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories from high-quality brands that fit our shop.

After registration, you will receive a customer number and password so you can track your items online.

Pricing and shop placement
After submission, your items will be priced by Second Time within 7 days. You will receive a detailed confirmation email with an overview of all items submitted. As soon as the items are priced, they will be placed directly in the shop.

Do you have questions about a price or would you like to discuss an adjustment? Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. If the item has not yet been sold, we can adjust the price or return it to you.

Items not accepted
Items that are not accepted by us must be collected within 2 weeks. Items not collected will be donated to Stichting Faith or sold in our sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to War Child.

Sales period
Submitted items will remain in the shop for 2 months. After this sales period ends, unsold items must be collected within 2 weeks.

Upon request, we can arrange to collect these items for you for a fee of €5. Items not collected will be donated to Stichting Faith or sold in our sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to War Child.

Commission
After a sale, you receive 40% of the selling price. You can choose how you would like to receive your earnings: as a payout, store credit, or a donation.

Liability
Second Time treats all submitted items with care, but is not liable for loss or damage.
